The Indian equity benchmarks i.e. BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty50 started Tuesday's session in the red, tracking weakness across global peers as the prospect of aggressive hikes in interest rates made investors nervous. The oil price rose as the OPEC member warned that they could cut the output to correct the recent price drop.
