Watch out for these low-priced stocks which made a fresh 52-week high on Wednesday!

At noon on Wednesday, the core equity indices i.e., Sensex and Nifty 50 were up and responding positively to the Union Budget as the Sensex breached the 59,000 level mark in the morning

At noon on Wednesday, the core equity indices i.e., Sensex and Nifty 50 were up and responding positively to the Union Budget as the Sensex breached the 59,000 level mark in the morning. The Sensex was at 59,5000.70 up by 638.13 points or 1.08 per cent, while Nifty was at 17,762.10 up by 185.25 points or 1.05 per cent from the last trading session.     

The top gainers of Nifty 50 are Bajaj Finserv, IndusInd Bank, Bajaj Finance, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and HCL Technologies. Meanwhile, the top five stocks pulling down the index include Tech Mahindra, Adani ports, UltraTech Cement, Shree Cements, and Sun Pharmaceuticals. 

BSE Smallcap index is trading at 29,955.84, up by 1.56 per cent. The top five gainers are Nahar Poly Films, Spanadan Sphoorty Financial, Dhanvarsha Finvest, Dredging Corporation of India. Each of these stocks gained more than 15 per cent. Similarly, the top five stocks pulling the index down include Urja Global, IFB Industries, Gujarat Ambuja Exports, GRM Overseas, and Vishwaraj Sugar Industries. 

The sectoral indices on the BSE seem to be riding the green wave with BSE Private Bank and BSE Finance, and BSE Consumer Durables up by almost 2 per cent and all the remaining indices showing a bullish to flattish trend.
