These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 113.97 points or 0.15 per cent. By 9.17 am, the index stood at 76,135.16, signifying a gain of 110.65 points or 0.15 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.72 per cent, power zoomed by 0.27 and auto soared by 0.43 per cent.
Meanwhile, TD Power Systems Ltd, TARC Ltd, and CSB Bank Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
TD Power Systems Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 6.13 per cent to trade at Rs 421.00 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
TARC Ltd, an S&P BSE company, jumped 4.98 per cent to trade at Rs 135.90 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
CSB Bank Ltd, an S&P BSE company, advanced 4.49 per cent to trade at Rs 314.35 apiece. CSB Bank has released its business updates for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, reporting significant year-over-year growth in key areas. According to the provisional data, total deposits reached Rs 36,861 crore, a 24.03 per cent increase compared to the previous year. Within this, term deposits showed substantial growth of 29.16 per cent, reaching Rs 27,943 crore. Gross advances also saw a healthy rise of 29.59 per cent, amounting to Rs 31,843 crore. Notably, advances against gold and gold jewelry (excluding receivables secured against gold) increased by 35.43 per cent, totaling Rs 14,094 crore. The bank's CASA deposits grew by 10.31 per cent, reaching Rs 8,918 crore.
