These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.
At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 579.21 points or 0.79 per cent. By 9.17 am, the index stood at 74,306.18, signifying a gain of 575.95 points or 0.78 per cent over its previous closing.
On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 1.10 per cent, power zoomed by 0.95 and auto soared by 1.12 per cent.

Meanwhile, ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd, Infibeam Avenues Ltd and Zydus Lifesciences Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
ISGEC Heavy Engineering Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 8.73 per cent to trade at Rs 1,098.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
Infibeam Avenues Ltd, an S&P BSE company, gained 7.87 per cent to trade at Rs 20.43 apiece .The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
Zydus Lifesciences Ltd, an S&P BSE company, rose 6.81 per cent to trade at Rs 947.95 apiece. The company receives final approval from USFDA for Dasatinib Tablets, 20 mg, 50 mg, 70 mg, 80 mg, 100 mg, and 140 mg.
