Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in loss with a loss of 60.06 points or 0.08 per cent. By 9.17 am, the index stood at 76,747.54, signifying a gain of 227.16 points or 0.30 per cent over its previous closing.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.10 per cent, power zoomed by 0.51 and auto soared by 0.06 per cent.

Meanwhile, Jyoti Structures Ltd, Amber Enterprises India Ltd, and Azad Engineering Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

Jyoti Structures Ltd rallied 8.99 per cent to trade at Rs 24.50 apiece. The company has announced the receipt of a Rs 741.28 crore EPC order, including GST, from PowerGrid Corporation of India Limited. The project involves the design, testing, supply, and commissioning of Package 01 of the ±800 kV HVDC BIPOle Line (Hexa Lapwing) between KPS2 (HVDC) and Nagpur (HVDC) on a turnkey basis in Khavda, Gujarat. The project is to be completed within 42 months. This is the highest-value EPC order the company has secured in recent years.

Amber Enterprises India Ltd an S&P BSE company, surged 4.77 per cent to trade at Rs 7,100 apiece. The company has announced its revised Consolidated Segmentwise Revenue, Results, Assets and Liabilities data.

Azad Engineering Ltd an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.52 per cent to trade at Rs 1,649.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
