Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 163.99 points or 0.23 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index stood at 71,358.97 signifying a gain of 43.88 points or 0.06 per cent over its previous closing. 

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, oil & gas rose by 0.83 per cent, energy gained 0.7 pe cent and power rose by 0.61 per cent. 

Meanwhile, Times Guaranty Ltd, Agri- Tech (India) Ltd, and India Glycols Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

Times Guaranty Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 19.05 per cent to trade at Rs 117.90 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.

Agri-Tech (India) Ltd, rallied 10.11 per cent to trade at Rs 213 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.

India Glycols Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 10.3 per cent to trade at Rs 774 apiece. The Board has announced an analyst meeting on December 21st, 2023.
