RailTel Corporation of India Ltd rallied 4.57 per cent to trade at Rs 231.30 apiece.  The company’s CMD, Sanjai Kumar said on Tuesday that the company's current order book stands at Rs 5,000 crore, while expressing optimism about the potential for securing new orders in the range of Rs 2,000-2,500 crore over the next 12 to 18 months.
