Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 61.33 points or 0.10 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index further strengthened and stood at 62,756.33 signifying a gain of 209.22 points or 0.33 per cent over its previous closing.       

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals rose by 0.34 per cent, power gained 0.42 and auto rose by 0.39 per cent.                 

Meanwhile, HBL Power Systems Ltd, Pricol Ltd and Lloyds Steels Industries Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.           

HBL Power Systems Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 5.57 per cent to trade at Rs 118.55 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.  

Pricol Ltd rallied 5.08 per cent to trade at Rs 249.40 apiece. The promoter group of Pricol, Pricol Engineering Industries Pvt Ltd acquired 15,00,000 equity shares of Pricol Ltd representing 1.23 per cent of the company’s total issued and paid-up equity share capital on 31st May, 2023 and 1st June, 2023. 

Lloyds Steels Industries Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 4.21 per cent to trade at Rs 26.71 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
