Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today.

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in green with a gain of 512 points or nearly 1 per cent. By 9.15 am, the index was able to hold on to gains of 363 points or 0.7 per cent and stood at the level of 51,960.82.

On the sectoral front, metals shined by approximately 0.8 per cent, auto gained nearly 0.6 per cent, and energy strengthened by around 0.4 per cent.

Amid these positive sentiments, Indigo Paints LtdIndoStar Capital Finance, and Man Infraconstruction Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today. None of these companies have made any significant announcements lately. Hence, the rally in their share prices could purely be driven by market forces.

Indigo Paints Ltd, an S&P BSE 500 company, surged nearly 16 per cent to trade at Rs 1,635 apiece.

IndoStar Capital Finance Ltd, an S&P BSE Smallcap company, nearly hit its upper circuit of 10 per cent, which was set at Rs 154.05. At 9.07 am, the shares of the company rallied 9.93 per cent to trade at Rs 153.95 apiece.

Man Infraconstruction Ltd, another S&P BSE Smallcap company, climbed 6.01 per cent to trade at Rs 75 apiece.
