Tata communications partners Creditpilot for digital financial services

Tata communications on Tuesday informed that the company has partnered with Creditpilot for offering mobile and digital financial services to mobile operators.

Under the terms of a joint Engagement Agreement (EA), Tata Communications and Creditpilot will form a joint task force to assess the integration of the provision of financial services with the Tata Communications MOVE- Mobile Virtual Network Operator Enabler (MVNE) platform. Creditpilot will provide consultancy services necessary to ensure continued regulatory compliance of financial products created as a result of the engagement. Mobile Network Operators and Mobile Virtual Network Operators can benefit from the essential financial and banking tool for everyday digital business.

Tata Communication is a leading global digital infrastructure provider that powers today’s fast growing digital economy. It is the world’s largest wholly-owned subsea fibre backbone and a Tier-1 IP network with connectivity to more than 240 countries and territories. Whereas, Creditpilot is a financial technology company, specializing in digital and mobile finance services, transactional and payment infrastructure.

 On Tuesday, the stock of Tata Communications had opened at Rs. 260.00 per share and made an intraday high and low of Rs. 273.00 and Rs. 260.00, respectively on the BSE. The stock closed at Rs. 273.00, up by 5.00 per cent.
