NSE revises daily circuit limit for 131 stocks, new circuit limit applicable from December 07!

Total nine stocks have seen their circuit limit being revised downwards, out of which six stocks have seen their circuit limit being revised downward from 10 per cent to 5 per cent

65 stocks have seen their circuit limit being revised from existing 10 per cent to 20 per cent including Bank of India, Rajratan Global Wire, Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers, Delhivery.

Apart from the metal and banking stocks, the stocks from others sectors namely IT, healthcare, power, capital goods, FMCG, oil & gas declined between 1 and 2 per cent each.

Majorly taking cues from the global markets, the domestic markets ended lower in a volatile trading session on Friday, in continuation of the ongoing trend. Most of the sectoral indices traded lower whereas the broader indices also lost nearly a per cent each.

The benchmark indices closed Thursday's trading session on a positive note with Sensex gaining 436.94 points or 0.79 per cent at 55818.11 level, and the Nifty adding 105.20 points or 0.64 per cent at 16628 level. Reliance zoomed 3 per cent to settle at one-month high, thus contributing 68 points to the Nifty gains. Market gains were kept in check with HDFC, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank qualifying as the main losers.

Nifty closes just above 15,800; PSU banks, metals, and financials drag the market

Adani Ports, IndusInd Bank, Tata Motors, and Tata Steel emerged as the top losers. However, Wipro, Eicher Motors, HCL Technologies, and TCS managed to close higher despite weakness in the market.   .

 Indices have fallen for the sixth consecutive day while Nifty plunged about 2.22 per cent to close at 15,808.

Splendid recovery towards the end saw Nifty close near 16,200; ONGC, Axis Bank and IndusInd Bank emerge as top gainers

Among the sectors, realty, bank, metals, and media closed higher while IT, auto & FMCG closed on a weak note.

Indices witnessed a splendid recovery towards the end and Nifty recovered about 180 points to close at 16,167.10.
