T20 breakout stocks: Best swing trading stocks to keep an eye on!

And there’s no surprise that most of the stocks appearing in the T20 breakout system are from the auto sector.   

Indian markets witnessed a roller-coaster ride on Monday as after opening with a gap-up, it oscillated in positive as well as negative terrain and finally, settled the day near the neutral line. The range of the day for Nifty was about 140.60 points.   

The majority of the sectoral indices were trading in green with Nifty Auto and Nifty Realty leading from the front as both the sectoral indices have gained more than 3 per cent. And there’s no surprise that most of the stocks appearing in the T20 breakout system are from the auto sector.   

So, let us take a look at the list of the stocks from the T20 breakout system:  

Amara Raja Batteries: The stock witnessed good action on Monday as the volume and price criteria of the T20 breakout system have matched.    

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals (GNFC):  The stock met the criteria of the T20 breakout system and it witnessed a trending day. Furthermore, it managed to close in the top quartile of the range; hence, keep a close watch on this stock.     

Indo Count Industries Ltd (ICIL): The stock outperformed the benchmark indices as well as the broader indices. It has recorded its highest single-day volume since June 8. Volumes were robust while the stock managed to close near the high of the day. Hence, keep a close watch on this stock.      

Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors, and Maruti: You must have heard of the proverb, ‘birds of a feather flock together’. Similarly, all these companies from the auto sector have appeared in the T20 breakout system, which clearly indicates that this sector is likely to be in the limelight in the coming days.   

Phillips Carbon Black: The stock has recorded one of the best single-day gains in a long time. Moreover, it has witnessed good volume action in the second half of the trading session.
