Sun Pharma announces website for LTC portfolio in US
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd today announced the US launch of the website for its long-term care (LTC) division with the name- www.sunltc.com.
The website presents Sun Pharma’s LTC portfolio of alternative formulation products and underscores the company’s commitment to meeting the needs of around 40 per cent of American adults, who cannot or will not swallow solid medication forms.
Reacting to this, the company’s stock today increased by 2.49 per cent and made an intraday high of Rs 617.90 per share at around 11.12 am.
Besides, the company reported a net profit of Rs 1,918.11 crore in Q3FY21, an increase of 87.37 per cent. It had reported a profit of Rs 1,023.71 crore in Q3FY20. The company reported net sales of Rs 8,781.84 crore for Q3FY21, an increase of 9.25 per cent as against the net sales of Rs 8,038.65 crore for Q3FY20.

According to BSE data, the stock traded at a P/E multiple of 48.71 and a price-to-book ratio of 5.68. The stock has a 52-week high and a 52-week low of Rs 653.70 and Rs 315.20, respectively.
At 2.56 pm today, the company's stock was trading at Rs 610.85, up by 1.38 per cent against its previous close of Rs 602.55 on BSE.
