Stocks to watch: These smallcap stocks will be in focus tomorrow

Nahar Poly Films, Excel Industries, Adani Transmission, Madhya Bharat Agro Products, SEL Manufacturing, Sejal Glass, Cyber Media (India) and Vaishali Pharma made a fresh 52-week high today. 

On Thursday, core equity benchmark indices Nifty 50 and Sensex ended the trading session at 16,498 and 55,102.68 respectively, down by ~0.65 per cent each. On the contrary, BSE Smallcap index bucked the downward trend of broader equity markets, closing at 26,724.09 in the green territory with gains of 0.35 per cent.  

The following trending stocks are likely to be in focus on Friday, March 4, 2022:  

Time Technoplast - The company has announced the receipt of the most awaited single largest order of 7,58,814 cylinders of 10 kg capacity for a value of Rs 180 crore from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), to be supplied over the next 12 months. This is for the first time that a public sector OMC has come out with such a large order for Type-IlV LPG composite cylinders.

Furthermore, IOCL has said that the same order quantity may be repeated at their discretion for a further period of up to 12 months, on the same terms and conditions.

Royal Orchid Hotels - The company has recently announced the opening of Regenta Suites in Gurugram - 24 km from Indira Gandhi International Airport. The newly launched hotel is located in the heart of Gurugram’s new IT and ancillary district- Sohna Road. 

Commenting on the new launch, Chander K. Baljee, Chairman & Managing Director said, “The opening of Regenta Suites into our group will further bolster our portfolio, add revenues and increase profitability in the years to come. We remain steadfast and focused on our goal to reach the milestone of 100 hotels by the end of 2022."
