Stocks to watch: These small-cap stocks will be in focus tomorrow!

Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals, Chennai Petroleum Corporation, Global Education, Khandwala Securities, Kohinoor Foods, Standard Industries, Time Technoplast, Priti International, Supreme Petrochem, and Meghmani Finechem made a fresh 52-week high today

On Tuesday, Indian equity markets further extended yesterday’s losses to close in the red territory once again.  Nifty 50 and Sensex cracked by ~1 per cent each to close at 16,416.30 and 55,107.34 respectively. 

BSE Smallcap index slipped 0.67 per cent each to end at 26,065.30. Top Gainers of the index include Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals, Chennai Petroleum Corporation, S P Apparels, Panama Petrochem, Manali Petrochemicals, Ramco Industries and Nelco. Top Losers comprise Valiant Organics, Renaissance Global, Greeenlam Industries, HCL Infosystems and Mcleod Russel India. 

The following small-cap stocks are likely to be in focus on Wednesday, June 8, 2022:    

Krsnaa Diagnostics – The company has been awarded a contract in the state of Tripura by the Mission Director, National Health Mission, State Health & Family Welfare Society, Tripura for image transmission & reporting of radiology images and selective radiology services (x-ray teleradiology services). 

BCPL Railway Infrastructure - The company has successfully energised electrified railway tracks of about 322.539 track kilometre (TKM) during the financial year 2021-22, at various railway zones thereby, contributing to the running of trains with electric traction, which in turn, would reduce pollution as well as the country’s dependence on imported fossil fuels. 

HG Infra Engineering – The company has received a letter of award (LoA) from Adani Road Transport Limited for a contract valued at Rs 4,971 crore. 

Gufic BioSciences – The company has targeted to capture a major share of Rs 3,000 crore lyophilised antibacterial market in India. It has also launched a new drug delivery system –‘dual chamber bags’ at an affordable price with a longer shelf-life for the first time in India. 

52-week high stocks – Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals, Chennai Petroleum Corporation, Global Education, Khandwala Securities, Kohinoor Foods, Standard Industries, Time Technoplast, Priti International, Supreme Petrochem, and Meghmani Finechem made a fresh 52-week high today.
