KEC International: The company has secured new orders worth Rs 1,140 crore, across its various businesses.   

Reliance Industries: Reliance acquires a majority equity stake in Skytrain Inc.  

TCS: TCS ranked no. 1 in customer satisfaction by leading companies in Belgium and Luxembourg.  

Zensar Technologies: The disinvestment of 100 per cent equity shareholding in Aquila Technology Corp held by Zensar Technologies Inc. has been completed on February 26.   

Acrysil: The company has informed that the capacity expansion of 1,00,000 units at its Bhavnagar plant in Gujarat has been completed. The commercial production of additional 1,00,000 units has commenced.  

RailTel Corporation of India: The company has been assigned the work of Rs 105.82 crore by the Ministry of Railways.  

APL Apollo Tubes: The board of directors of the company at its meeting has considered and approved a draft scheme of amalgamation of Shri Lakshmi Metal Udyog Limited and Apollo TriCoat Tubes Ltd with the company and their respective shareholders & creditors.   

Affle: The board of directors of the company approved the proposal of fundraising by way of further issue of securities including warrants and bonds (whether convertible or non-convertible) or any combination thereof via a preferential issue and/or qualified institutional placement (QIP) by the company or through any other permissible mode or any combination thereof, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 1,080 crore.
