Som Distilleries ink pact for distribution of hunter beer
Som Distilleries & Breweries today informed the bourses that it has entered into an agreement for the distribution of its hunter beer in Singapore.
The company is optimistic on expansion of geographical reach in South East Asia via this agreement.
Looking at the financial numbers of 9MFY20, the revenue grew by 30 per cent on YoY basis. EBIDTA and PAT grew by 13 per cent and 5.5 per cent, respectively on YoY basis.
On the volume front, beer sales volume and IMFL volume jumped 22.4 per cent and 60.7 per cent, respectively on YoY basis.
On the debt front, the company’s D/E stood at 0.55x as on December 2019.
Som Distilleries & Breweries is engaged in the business of brewing, fermentation, bottling, canning and blending of beer and Indian-made Foreign Liquor (IMFL).
Today, the stock of Som Distilleries & Breweries declined nearly five per cent and made an intraday low of Rs 88.70 on BSE.
