Shashijit Infraprojects win construction project in Surat
On Friday, Shashijit Infraprojects informed the bourses that it has received an order to the tune of Rs 100 lakh to Rs 150 lakh from Siddhi Constructions for the construction of public utility services at its Surat site.
The company stated that the order was the result of the company's strategy of exploring different geographies. It went on to emphasise that none of the promoters or promoter group has any interest in the aforesaid work and thus, the transactions would not fall under related party transactions.
Shashijit Infraprojects is an industrial and infrastructural contracting company engaged in the construction, building and development of industrial infrastructure facilities, driveways, public utilities, powerhouse buildings and factories. In addition, it offers service in general contracting, pre-construction management and turnkey development. The company has executed various industrial and residential projects in Gujarat primarily in Vapi, Silvassa, Surat and the Union Territory (UT)-Daman.
At 1:45 pm on Friday, the stock is trading at Rs 30, up by 0.67 per cent or Rs 0.20 per share. The 52-week high is recorded at Rs 34.25 and the 52-week low is Rs 23.70 on BSE.
