Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on November 16

The market capitalization of BSE-listed companies was Rs 3,27,04,594 crore or approx. Rs 327 lakh crore as of November 16, 2023.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices were trading positively on Thursday, with the Sensex up 1.14 per cent at 65,676 and the Nifty up 1.2 per cent at 19,675. About 2,011 shares have advanced, 1,740 have declined and 123 were unchanged on BSE.

The broader markets were in positive territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.52 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.52 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Solar Industries India Ltd and General Insurance Corporation of India while the top small-cap gainers were Mistann Foods Ltd, Pennar Industries Ltd and KPI Green Energy Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were trading mixed with the BSE Information Technology Index being one of the Top Gainers whereas the BSE Bankex Index being one of the Top Losers.

The market capitalization of BSE-listed companies was Rs 3,27,04,594 crore or approx. Rs 327 lakh crore as of November 16, 2023. On the same day, 341 stocks hit a 52-week high while 22 stocks touched a 52-week low.
