Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The broader markets were in the mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-cap Index down 0.13 per cent and the BSE Small-cap Index up 0.13 per cent.

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Friday with the Sensex down 0.25 per cent at 77,860 and the Nifty-50 down 0.18 per cent at 23,560. About 1,520 shares have advanced, 2,402 shares have declined and 142 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.13 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.13 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Bharti Hexacom Ltd, Dixon Technologies (India) Ltd and Torrent Power Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Godfrey Phillips India Ltd, ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Ltd and Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices trading mixed with the BSE Metals Index and BSE Consumer Durables Index were the Top Gainers while the BSE Oil & Gas Index and BSE FMCG Index were the Top Losers.

As of February 07, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 4.24 lakh crore or USD 4.84 trillion. On the same day, 69 stocks hit a 52-week high, while 67 stocks touched a 52-week low.
