Ramco Systems completes implementation of payroll system for Lendlease

The global payroll platform & software and services provider company, Ramco Systems Limited announced on Wednesday that it has completed the implementation of its payroll solution at Lendlease, an international property and investment group.

The company replaced Lendlease’s multiple aging payroll systems under diverse support models and several vendors, standardising operations of more than 5,000 employees across countries like Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia.

It is the largest and complex payroll transformations project for the company in Australia. The company’s payroll solution, powered with platform-driven automation, provides accurate regional payroll, improved payroll readiness coupled with optimised processing time provides enhanced user experience at Lendlease.

With go-live, Lendlease saw a reduction in payroll processing time, automation of data, and automated third party as well as compliance reports.

Meanwhile, Ramco Systems earns 39.2 per cent of the revenue from its payroll software, 35.9 per cent from its enterprise resource planning, and the remaining 24.9 per cent from maintenance repair & overhaul software.

At 1.55 pm today, the share of Ramco Systems was trading 4.63 per cent down at Rs 467.25. It had an intraday high of Rs 499.55 and an intraday low of Rs 465.5 on BSE.
