Quess Corp makes investment in Taskmo; enters into gig economy

Quess Corp Ltd today announced its definitive agreement to subscribe to a 49 per cent stake in the gig economy start-up named Taskmo for a consideration of Rs 10 crore.

This investment will help the company to enter into the Indian gig economy thus, making it the first organised staffing player to do so. Taskmo is the only Indian platform to provide skilled workers under temporary, permanent, and on-demand models, which is in line with Quess’ business philosophy of providing its clients the right fit & flexibility in operations, while minimising friction. This partnership will help the company deepen its roots in the industry.

Quess Corp Ltd is India’s leading business services provider, which helps large and emerging companies to manage their non-core activities by leveraging its integrated service offerings across industries & geographies. This helps the company in providing operational efficiencies to its 3,000 clients, situated worldwide.
