Pidilite Industries to acquire 70 per cent of Tenax India Stone Products

Pidilite Industries Limited has entered into a definitive agreement with Tenax SPA (Tenax Italy) for acquiring 70 per cent of the share capital of Tenax India Stone Products Pvt Ltd (Tenax India) for cash consideration of approx. Rs 80 crore (depending upon actual working capital and cash at the time of closing).

Granules India on Wednesday said that Granules Pharmaceuticals, a wholly-owned foreign subsidiary of Granules India Limited, has received an approval from US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) for Oral Solution 50 mg/ml of Valganciclovir Hydrochloride, which is bioequivalent to Reference Listed Drug (RLD) Valcyte for Oral Solution 50 mg/ml of Roche Palo Alto LLC.

Vedanta gets 10 year extension approval of PSC in Andhra Pradesh

The Government of India, acting through the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has granted its approval for a 10-year extension of the production sharing contract (PSC) to Cairn Oil & Gas vertical of Vendata Limited, for the Ravva block in Andhra Pradesh. With this extension, the PSC is now valid, effective from October 28, 2019, for the next 10 years.
