Penny Stocks: Stocks likely to be in focus on Tuesday

The following penny stocks are likely to be in focus on Monday, November 27, 2023

The benchmark indices closed in the red for the second consecutive session. IT stocks faced significant selling pressure, while pharmaceutical and metal stocks saw increased buying. The Sensex ended the day down by 47.77 points (0.07 per cent) at 65,970.04, and the Nifty slipped by 7.30 points (0.04 per cent) to close at 19,794.70. Market breadth favored decliners, with 1,721 stocks advancing, 1,849 declining, and 114 remaining unchanged.

Top Gainers on the Nifty included Divis Labs, Cipla, Adani Enterprises, Hindalco, and Axis Bank, while notable losers were HCL Technologies, Wipro, Apollo Hospitals, TCS, and Britannia. The BSE Mid-Cap and Small-Cap indices wrapped up the session with gains of 0.13 per cent and 0.14 per cent, respectively.

The following Penny Stocks are likely to be in focus on Tuesday, November 28, 2023:

TGB Banquets and Hotels- Heavy buying was witnessed in the counter as the scrip zoomed and got locked at 10 per cent upper circuit, recording an intraday high of Rs 16.90 per share on NSE. The scrip witnessed massive spurt in volume. Incorporated in 1999, TGB Banquets and Hotels Ltd is into provision of Restaurants; banquets and hotel services.

SMVD Polypack- The scrip experienced significant buying activity, resulting in the stock surging and getting locked at 5 per cent upper circuit, reaching an intraday high of Rs 10.55 per share on NSE. Incorporated in 2010, SMVD Polypack Ltd manufactures Plastic Products i.e. PP/ HDPE bags, FIBC, leno bags, etc.

Regency Ceramics - A solid price volume breakout was seen at the counter today as the stock rallied and got locked at 5 per cent upper circuit to record an intraday high of Rs 42.95 per share on NSE.. The stock recorded an intraday high of Rs 40.95 per share on NSE. Incorporated in 1983, Regency Ceramics Ltd. manufactures ceramic floor and wall tiles for domestic and international markets
