Penny Stocks: Stocks likely to be in focus tomorrow!

Indian equity markets ended on a positive note, while both small-cap index and mid-cap index performed positively

On Wednesday, Indian equity markets ended on a positive note, while both Small-Cap index and Mid-Cap index performed positively. Among individual stocks within the Nifty 50, Hindalco, Axis Bank, and ICICI Bank emerged as prominent gainers, lending momentum to the index's positive movement. Conversely, Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports, and Sun Pharma experienced declines, impacting the index's performance in the opposite direction.

The following Penny Stocks are likely to be in focus on Thursday, August 24, 2023:

Digispice Technologies- Heavy buying was witnessed in the counter as the scrip zoomed and got locked at 5 per cent upper circuit, recording an intraday high of Rs 45.25 per share on NSE. Digispice Technologies Limited (DTL) is primarily engaged in the information and communication technology business providing Value Added Services (VAS), and mobile content services to the domestic and international telecom operators and the development and sale of telecom-related software.

MMTC- The scrip experienced significant buying activity, resulting in the stock surging more than 12 per cent, reaching an intraday high of Rs 44.25 per share on NSE. MMTC, a public sector undertaking, was incorporated in 1963, to facilitate foreign trade in India and canalize the export and import of essential minerals and metals.

Aksh Optifibre- A solid price volume breakout was seen at the counter today as the stock rallied more than 13 per cent to record an intraday high of Rs 12.25 per share on NSE. Aksh Optifibre is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of optical fibre, optical fibre cable, fibre reinforced plastic rods, impregnated glass roving reinforcement and ophthalmic lenses.
