Penny Stocks: Stocks likely to be in focus tomorrow!

Nifty50 dipped 0.60 per cent to close at 19,659.90, while both small-cap and mid-cap index performed positively

On Thursday, Indian equity markets ended on a negative note. Nifty50 dipped 0.60 per cent to close at 19,659.90, while both Small-Cap and Mid-Cap index performed positively. Among the constituents of the Nifty index, the prominent decliners were M&M, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consumer Products, Nestle India, and Britannia Industries. On the other hand, notable gainers included Cipla, Sun Pharma, Divis Laboratories, Apollo Hospitals, and Bharti Airtel.

The following Penny Stocks are likely to be in focus on Friday, July 28, 2023:

IFCI Limited- Heavy buying was witnessed in the counter as the scrip zoomed more than 8 per cent, recording an intraday high of Rs 13.76 per share on BSE. IFCI, previously known as Industrial Finance Corporation of India, is an Indian Government owned non-banking finance company established to cater to the long-term finance needs of the industrial sector.

Reliance Power- The scrip experienced significant buying activity, resulting in the stock zooming more than 7 per cent, reaching an intraday high of Rs 16.90 per share on BSE. Reliance Power has been established to develop, construct and operate power projects both in India as well as internationally.

MMTC- A solid price volume breakout was seen at the counter today as the stock rallied more than 8 per cent to record an intraday high of Rs 36.60 per share on BSE. MMTC, a public sector undertaking, was incorporated in 1963, to facilitate foreign trade in India and canalize the export and import of essential minerals and metals.
