Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch out on November 5

The stocks most likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on November 5 are Maharashtra Seamless, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, SBI, Procter & Gamble and DLF.

Maharashtra Seamless: The company reported a YoY increase of 45 per cent in total revenue at Rs. 703 crore. Its EBITDA of Rs. 128 crore is up 113 per cent and PAT of Rs. 88 crore is up 160 per cent. The stock will be watched on Monday.

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail: The company reported a net profit of Rs. 42.73 crore in Q2FY19 in comparison to the loss of Rs. 9.96 crore in July-September 2017, causing the stock to trade 2.83 per cent higher at Rs. 192.90 per share on BSE. The stock is likely to witness movement in Monday’s trading session.

SBI: SBI will raise Rs. 4,116 crore by issuing Basel III compliant bonds to add up to its tier 2 capital. The stock is likely to be in the limelight in Monday’s trading session.

Procter & Gamble: The company reported a 24.70 per cent increase in net profit at Rs. 144.11 crore for the quarter ended September, 2019 in comparison to a net profit of Rs. 115.56 crore for the quarter ended September, 2018. The stock will be monitored on Monday.

DLF: DLF is set to sell 49 per cent stake in its upcoming commercial project at Gurugram to Hines at a price of Rs. 900 crore. The stock is likely to witness some action in Monday’s trading session.
