Strides Pharma Science Limited: The board of directors has approved an interim dividend of Rs. 12 per equity share of Rs. 10 each to be paid on or before August 27, 2019. The record date to determine eligibility of shareholders to pay the interim dividend is August 23, 2019.
Infosys Limited: Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait has partnered with EdgeVerve Systems, a subsidiary of Infosys, for the use of AssistEdge Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Castrol India: For Q1FY20, the company’s net profit increased by 11.27 per cent YoY to Rs. 182.7 crore from Rs. 164.2 crore for Q1FY19. The revenue increased by 2.20 per cent YoY to Rs. 1039.6 crore in Q1FY20. The company also announced an interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share of Rs. 5 each for the year ending December 31, 2019.
Trident Limited: In order to expand the company’s outreach to domestic as well as global consumers, Trident Group has launched its products on Amazon.com.
E.I.D. Parry (India) Limited: The company’s consolidated revenue from operations for Q1FY20 declined by 7 per cent YoY to Rs 3126 crore. The net loss incurred for Q1FY20 was Rs. 28 crore.
