Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch out on April 30

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on April 30 are SBI Life Insurance Company, Tata Global Beverages, Piramal Enterprises, KPR Mill and HDFC AMC. 

SBI Life Insurance Company: The company has reported a rise of 20.06 per cent in its net profit at Rs 457.68 crore for Q4FY19 as compared to Rs 381.21 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 55.20 per cent at Rs 15,600.97 crore for Q4FY19 as compared Rs 10,052.32 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

Tata Global Beverages: Tata Starbucks, a 50:50 joint venture between Tata Global Beverages and Starbucks Coffee of the US, posted  30 per cent growth in revenues for FY19. It added 30 new stores during the year. 

Piramal Enterprises: The company has reported a net loss of Rs 62.20 crore for Q4 as against net profit of Rs 245.11 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 17.61 per cent at Rs 1,042.22 crore for Q4FY19 as compared Rs 1,264.91 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. 

K.P.R. Mill Limited: The stock will be in focus owing to Q4FY19 results to be announced on April 29. On Friday, the stock gained 4.43 per cent and closed at Rs. 644.90. 

HDFC AMC: The company posted 61 per cent rise in profit at Rs. 276 crore for the March quarter. The company's board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 12 per share.
