Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch on November 28

The stocks most likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on November 28 are Cadila Healthcare, Hinduja Ventures, Kaveri Seed Company, Yes Bank and HCL Infosystems.

Cadila Healthcare: Zydus Cadila received final approval from the USFDA for Baclofen Tablets used for the treatment of muscle spasms caused by conditions like multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury/disease. The stock will be watched on Wednesday.

Hinduja Ventures: The company's Investment Committee approved the disinvestment of 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/· each held in Hinduja Leyland Finance as per Independent Valuation of Rs. 153.56/- per share. The stock is likely to witness movement in Wednesday’s trading session.

Kaveri Seed Company: The company declared an interim dividend of 150 per cent, i.e. Rs. 3 per equity share of Rs. 2 each on the equity share capital of the company. The same will be paid to the shareholders on December 4, 2018. The stock is likely to be in the limelight in Wednesday’s trading session.

Yes Bank: The company’s foreign currency issuer rating has been downgraded to Bal from Baa3 by Moody's Investors Service. Also its outlook was changed to negative from stable. The stock will be monitored on Wednesday.

HCL Infosystems: The company completed the transfer of the entire ownership and control held by Nurture Technologies FZE in its direct subsidiaries namely Gibraltar Technologies, Dubai and Gibraltar Technologies, Abu Dhabi including in its step-down subsidiary namely Gibraltar Technologies WLL, Qatar. With the completion of the transaction, the shares have been transferred to the buyers who constitute a consortium of individuals. The stock will be watched on Wednesday.
