Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch on November 27

The stocks most likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on November 27 are HEG, Sun Pharma, Lupin, Suzlon Energy and Yes Bank.

HEG: The board approved a proposal to buyback around 13,63,636 equity shares for an aggregate amount of Rs. 750 crore at Rs. 5,500 per equity share. The stock is likely to be in the limelight in Tuesday’s trading session.

Sun Pharma: The company is set to acquire Pola Pharma Inc, a Japanese pharmaceutical company with a view of building a global dermatology business. The stock is likely to witness some action in Tuesday’s trading session.

Lupin: The company received approvals from the USFDA for two drugs namely - Clomipramine Hydrochloride Capsules and Potassium Chloride for oral solution USP. The stock will be watched on Tuesday.

Suzlon Energy: The company notified the exchange that it has successfully sold its subsidiary Tornado Solarfarms Ltd. to CLP Wind Farms. The stock is likely to be in the limelight in Tuesday’s trading session.

Yes Bank: A promoter of the company has prepaid Rs. 400 crore non-convertible debentures held by two mutual funds namely Reliance Mutual Fund and Franklin Templeton. The stock closed nearly 4 per cent down at Rs. 187.95 per share. The stock will be watched on Tuesday.
