Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch on January 23, 2019

The stocks most likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on January 23, 2019 are Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management, Shree Cement, Opto Circuits (India), Aurionpro Solutions and Relaxo Footwears.

Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management: The company declared an interim dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share and has fixed the record date as February 01, 2019. Its consolidated profit plunged to Rs. 109.52 crore in Q3FY19 from Rs. 132.01 crore in Q3FY18, reporting a drop of 17.03 per cent. The stock is likely to witness movement in Wednesday’s trading session.

Shree Cement: The company declared an interim dividend of Rs. 25 per share for FY18-19 and the record date is set to January 30, 2019. The stock is likely to witness action during Wednesday’s trading session.

Opto Circuits (India): The Board approved the allotment of 1,31,30,338 equity shares of Rs.10 each, issued at a price of Rs.15 per share on a preferential basis to Non-Promoters. The stock will be monitored on Wednesday.

Aurionpro Solutions: The company reported revenue growth of 22 per cent, EBITDA growth of 40 per cent and profitability growth of 44 per cent in Q3FY19 on a YoY basis. The stock will be watched on Wednesday.

Relaxo Footwears: NCLT has sanctioned a Scheme of Amalgamation between Marvel Polymers Private Limited, Relaxo Rubber Private Limited, Relaxo Footwears Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors. The stock will be monitored on Wednesday.
