Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch on December 14

The stocks most likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on December 14 are Jain Irrigation Systems, Yes Bank, Lupin, Indian Oil Corp and SSWL.

 

Jain Irrigation Systems: The company secured an order worth Rs. 584 crore from the Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Limited, a division of Water Resources Department of Karnataka, through National Competitive Bidding. The stock is likely to be in the limelight in Friday’s trading session.

 

Yes Bank: The board is set to finalize the candidate for the position of CEO to replace Rana Kapoor in the meeting scheduled on January 9. Post this decision, the name will be submitted to the RBI for approval. The stock is likely to be in the limelight during Friday’s trading session.

 

Lupin: The company received tentative approval from the USFDA for Dimethyl Fumarate-Delayed Release Capsules, 120 mg and 240 mg. The stock will be monitored on Friday.

 

Indian Oil: The company is set to buyback 3 per cent equity shares for Rs. 4,435 crore. It will buyback 29.76 crore shares at Rs. 149 each. The stock is likely to be in focus in Friday’s trading session.

 

SSWL: The company bagged its largest repeat export order for Truck and Trailer aftermarket from the US. It will supply nearly 90,000 truck steel wheels in four months from its Chennai plant. The stock is likely to witness some movement in Friday’s trading session.
