Overnight Digest: Stocks to watch on December 13

The stocks most likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on December 13 are ITC, Bandhan Bank, Jubilant FoodWorks, Pricol and Ramco Systems.

ITC: The company’s agri-biotech arm signed a pact with UK’s James Hutton to source new potato varieties to benefit India’s farmers and promote potato exports. The stock will be monitored on Thursday.

Bandhan Bank: The bank is set to open 40 new branches by December 31, which will drive the total number up to 978. The stock is likely to witness some movement in Thursday’s trading session.

Jubilant FoodWorks: The company has been allotted 51,00,000 ordinary equity shares at a par value of BDT 10 each in Jubilant Golden Harvest Limited. Post allotment, JFL became 51 per cent shareholder in the JV company. The stock is likely to be in the limelight in Thursday’s trading session.

Pricol: The company announced a joint venture with Pointer Telocation Ltd. to provide advanced telematics and IoT solutions in India and South East Asia. The stock is likely to be in focus on Thursday.

Ramco Systems: The software products and services provider bagged an order from an air service provider called ADAIR to manage its fighter aircraft used for complex training and defence contract requirements. The stock will be monitored on Thursday.
