IDBI Bank: The bank receives approval from Government of India for raising Rs. 4,557 crore as the central government’s contribution in the preferential allotment of equity shares of the Bank, as government's investment.
Tata Power: The company’s wholly owned subsidiary Tata Power Renewable Energy Ltd. (TPREL), commissioned 150 MW solar capacity in Rajasthan.
Thomas Cook (India) Limited: In association with National Geographic Expeditions, the travel and travel related financial services company launched a group tour package called as ‘Undiscovered Antarctica’.
MindTree Limited: To provide application managed services for the globally deployed SAP ERP and business warehouse systems of the Atotech Group, MindTree signed an agreement with Atotech.
Syndicate Bank: Ratings agency CARE Ratings revised the rating outlook of Tier II/ Perpetual/Base III Additional Tier I Bonds to rating ‘under credit watch with developing implications’ due to the proposed amalgamation of Syndicate Bank with Canara Bank.
