Overnight Digest: Stocks to lookout on July 25

The stocks to watch out on July 25 are Rites, Tube Investments, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, BHEL and Jubilant FoodWorks.

Rites Limited: The company announced the record date as August 11, 2019 for determining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of fully paid up bonus shares having face value of Rs. 10 each.

Tube Investments of India Ltd. (TII): For Q1FY20, TII reported 36 per cent YoY growth in PBT to Rs. 107 crore and a drop by 8 per cent  YoY in revenue to Rs. 1,252 crore.

Torrent Pharmaceuticals: The company posted 8 per cent YoY increase in consolidated revenue at Rs. 2,022 crore and 33 per cent YoY increase in consolidated net profit amounting to Rs. 216 crore in Q1FY20.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL): BHEL and NTPC sign a MoU to form a joint venture company for setting up 800 MW Technology Demonstration Plant (TDP).

Jubilant FoodWorks: Operating India’s largest pizza delivery chain Domino’s Pizza, the company opened 26 new stores in Q1 FY20. For the same period, the company posted 0.13 per cent YoY increase in net profit at Rs. 74.77 crore and 9.94 per cent YoY increase in revenue operations at Rs. 940.08 crore.
