Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out on September 18

The stocks to watch out for September 18 include SMS Lifesciences India, Gujarat Alkalies, Bharti Airtel, Glenmark and Ahluwalia Contracts.

SMS Lifesciences India Limited: USFDA and EMA are evaluating the presence of NDMA (Nitrosodimethylamine), which is a carcinogenic impurity at low levels, in some Ranitidine API products manufactured by the company.

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals: The company informed the exchanges about the completion of installation of entire 20 MW AC Solar Power Plant at Charanka.

Bharti Airtel: The company initiated talks with potential bidders for a stake sale in the merged company of Bharti Infratel and Indus Towers.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals: USFDA granted Orphan Drug Designation to its bispecific antibody candidate GBR 1342 which is used for treating patients with multiple myeloma who have received prior therapies.

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited: Along with orders of approximately Rs. 90.36 crore, the company has received a new order of Rs. 407 crore for construction of a medical college in Haryana.
