Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out on September 12

The stocks to watch out on September 12 include Cyient, Tata Motors, Dr. Reddy’s, Yes Bank, Sasken Technologies and L&T Finance.
Cyient Limited: The company has signed MoU with QinetiQ for offering avionics products for unmanned target systems in India.

Tata Motors: The company's global wholesales, including Jaguar Land Rover, were 72465 units for August 2019, which is 32 per cent lower compared to sales in August 2018.

Dr. Reddy's Laboratories: The pharma company has announced the launch of Fosaprepitant for injection in the US market.

Yes Bank: The stock of the company has surged by 13 per cent as reports suggested stake sale by co-founder Rana Kapoor to Paytm.

Sasken Technologies Limited: Sasken Technologies has announced joining Siemens MindSphere Partner Program so as to enable its industrial and manufacturing customers to benefit from digital transformation.

L&T Finance Holdings Limited: The company is set to raise funds approximating to Rs 100 crore through issuance of up to 100,00,000 cumulative compulsorily redeemable non-convertible preference shares of Rs 100 face value at par and aggregating up to Rs 100 crore on a private placement basis.
