Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out for on March 26

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on Monday, March 26, 2018 are Shoppers Stop Limited, Tata Power Company Limited, NTPC Limited, City Union Bank Limited and State Bank of India.   

 

Shoppers Stop Limited: The company informed the bourses that it has received upgradation of rating on its Rs. 100 crore commercial paper from CRISIL A1 to CRISIL A1+, from credit rating agency CRISIL.  

 

Tata Power Company Limited: The company announced on Friday about the execution of share purchase agreements with Tata Sons Limited and Panatone Finvest Limited. The stock will be in limelight on Monday.

 

NTPC Limited: The company informed the bourses that it striked Coal and Dulanga Coal Mine. The company also commissioned its 1st Unit of 800 MW of Lara Super Thermal Power Project on Friday. The stock will be in focus on Monday.  

 

City Union Bank Limited: The bank informed the bourses on Friday that it has inaugurated its 598th branch at Kishangarh and599th branch at Ajmer, respectively. The stock will be watched on Monday.

 

State Bank of India: The bank informed the bourses on Friday about two fraud cases of Kanishk Gold Private and Nathella Sampath Jewellery worth over Rs. 200 crore each. The stock will be in limelight on Monday.
