Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out for on June 21

The stocks to watch out on June 21 include Maruti Suzuki, Insecticides (India), Oriental Carbon & Chemicals, Phillips Carbon Black, and Fine Organic Industries.  

Maruti Suzuki: The company announced the reduction in the GST rate on Eeco Ambulance from 28 per cent to 12 per cent w.e.f September 30, 2021, which will accordingly be resulting in a reduction in ex-showroom price of Eeco Ambulance.  

Insecticides (India): Insecticides (India) announced strong financial performance for the quarter ended March 2021. Its revenue from operations increased by 7.09 per cent to Rs 255.60 crore in Q4FY21 from Rs 238.66 crore posted in Q4FY20. For Q4FY21, the company reported a net profit of Rs 21.78 crore as against a net loss of Rs 7.11 crore incurred in Q4FY20.  

Oriental Carbon & Chemicals: The company’s board of directors have recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per equity shares of Rs 10 for the financial year ended March 31, 2021.  

Phillips Carbon Black: The company has commissioned an 8 MW Power Plant at Mundra (Gujarat).  

Fine Organic Industries: Fine Organic Industries has made an investment by way of acquisition of around 22,500 ordinary shares at a par value of THB 100 per share in the new joint venture company namely, Fine Organic Industries (Thailand) Co., Ltd, which is incorporated in Thailand for the purpose of carrying on the business of manufacturing of speciality chemical products along with supplying, exporting & distribution of such products.
