Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out for on February 21

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on February 21, 2018 are Bank of Maharashtra, APL Apollo Tubes Limited, Dilip Buildcon Limited, Central Bank of India and Balaji Amines Limited.   

Bank of Maharashtra: The bank informed the bourses on Tuesday that the credit rating agency CARE has assigned CARE A+ Stable rating to its bonds. The stock will be in focus on February 21, 2018.

APL Apollo Tubes Limited: The company informed the bourses about the installation of rooftop solar plants at its manufacturing facilities at Murbad and Sikandrabad. The stock will be watched on February 21, 2018.  

Dilip Buildcon Limited: The company informed the bourses that it has been declared L-1 bidder for a new EPC Project valued at Rs. 380.07 Cr. by the National Highways Authority of India in the State of Karnataka. The stock will be in focus on February 21, 2018.

Central Bank of India: The bank informed the bourses that it will be raising funds by way of preferential allotment. The stock will be in focus on February 21, 2018.   

Balaji Amines Limited: The company informed the bourses that it has received approval for amalgamation between Balaji Amines, Balaji Greentech and Bhagyanagar Chemicals on Tuesday. The stock will be watched on February 21, 2018.
