Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out for on April 27

The stock that are most likely to witness a significant movement on the bourses on April 27, 2018 are The Phoenix Mills Limited, Accelya Kale Solutions Limited, Thermax Limited, Cyient Limited, Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited.     

 

The Phoenix Mills Limited: The company informed the bourses that it has acquired entire share capital of Destiny Hospitality Services Private Limited (DHSPL) comprising of 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at par for a total consideration of Rs. 1,00,000 on April 25, 2018. Subsequent to the above acquisition, DHSPL has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The stock is likely to be in focus on Friday.   

 

Accelya Kale Solutions Limited: The company posted a consolidated income for Q3 at 932.6 million. The stock is likely to be watched on Friday.  

 

Thermax Limited: The company informed the bourses that it has concluded an Rs. 279 crore order from a leading public sector fertiliser company on Thursday. The stock is likely to be watched on Friday.   

 

Cyient Limited: The company informed the bourses that Cyient Europe, UK, a step down subsidiary of the company, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% equity in AnSem NV, Belgium, in an all cash transaction. This transaction will further allow Cyient to offer turnkey ICs, starting from concept circuit to final production. The stock will be in limelight on Friday.

 

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited: The company informed on Thursday that credit rating agency ICRA has upgraded its credit rating from AAA- to AAA+. The stock is expected be in focus on Friday.
