Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out for on April 12

The stock that are most likely to witness a significant movement on the bourses on April 12, 2018 are Quess Corp Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, Tata Motors Limited, Bandhan Bank Limited and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.       

 

Quess Corp Limited: The company informed the bourses about the completion of acquisition of 100 per cent equity in Qdigi Services Limited formerly known as HCL Computing Products Limited. The stock will be watched on Thursday.

 

Larsen & Toubro Limited: The company informed the bourses on Wednesday that L&T and BEL has signed an MoU for Defence Products and Systems. The stock will be in focus on Thursday.

 

Tata Motors Limited: The company announced that its global wholesales stood at 153,156 in March 2018. The stock will be in focus on Thursday.

 

Bandhan Bank Limited: The company informed the bourses that the credit rating agency ICRA has upgraded its long-term rating to [ICRA]AA (pronounced ICRA double A) to the Rs. 160-crore subordinated Tier-II non-convertible debenture programme and its Rs. 80-crore term loans of Bandhan Bank Limited (BBL). ICRA has also reaffirmed BBLÂ’s short-term rating of [ICRA]A1+ (pronounced ICRA A one plus) to the certificates of deposit programme of Rs. 1,500 crore. The stock will be watched on Thursday.

 

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited: The company informed the bourses on Wednesday that HPCL, Indian Oil and BPCL have signed an MOU with Saudi Aramco, a leading global integrated energy and chemicals company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to jointly develop and build the integrated refinery and petrochemicals complex at Ralnagiri in the state of Maharashtra through a Joint Venture named Ratnagiri Refinery & Petrochemicals Limited (RRPCL). The stock will be in limelight on Thursday.
