Overnight Digest: Stocks to look out for on April 10

The stocks that are likely to witness significant movement on the bourses on April 10 are Bharat Forge, Sundram Fasteners, Tech Mahindra, GSFC and Praj Industries.

Bharat Forge: The company has entered into a Share Subscription Agreement with Eternus Performance Materials (Eternus). The company has acquired 51 per cent of equity shares of Eternus and consequently, Eternus has become a subsidiary of Bharat Forge.

Sundram Fasteners: The company has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary company - 'SUNFAST TVS’

Tech Mahindra: The company has received approval for a proposal to acquire 18.1 per cent Equity Shares of Infotek Software and Systems and Vitaran Electronics.

Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals: The company will start annual shutdown of Ammonia - IV plant of Baroda Unit from April 13, 2019 for a period of 50 days i.e. till June 1, 2019.

Praj Industries: The company has signed a Construction License Agreement (CLA) with Gevo, Inc, US to commercialise the technology for the production of Isobutanol using sugary-based feedstocks, such as juice, syrup and molasses.
