Overnight Digest: Stocks to keep an eye on December 07!

Watch out for these stocks in Wednesday’s trading session!

While the majority of sectors were trading down, the Indian headline indices were mainly affected by significant losses in the BSE Metals, BSE IT and BSE Teck sectors. Significant gains in the utilities and power sector stocks, on the other hand, impressed investors in a sluggish session. The BSE Sensex fell 0.33 per cent to 62,626 level at the close. The Nifty 50 index declined 0.31 per cent to a level of 18,642.  

Watch out for these stocks in Wednesday’s trading session -  

Kansai Nerolac Paints - Kansai Nerolac Paints (Bangladesh) Ltd, the company's Bangladesh subsidiary, informed the business today that in a further issue of shares by the subsidiary, the company was allotted 1,65,00,000 equity shares with a face value of BDT 10 per share. The company's equity participation in the subsequent offering of shares by the Bangladesh subsidiary is about Rs 13.90 crore.  

Shriram Transport Finance Company - Shares of the company finished the session 2 per cent higher as the board approved and allotted senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, taxable non-convertible debentures (NCD) of face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on a private placement basis to raise funds through the issuance of debt securities. The total size of the issue is Rs 110 crore.

JSW Energy Ltd - With the commissioning of the first phase of 27 MW, the business has begun phase-wise commissioning of the 450 MW ISTS-connected wind power project at Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu that was awarded under SECI tranche X. With a surge in volume, shares ended the day slightly higher.
