MSTC ties up with SPMCIL to provide e-commerce services
Metal Scrap Trade Corporation Limited (MSTC) announced that it had entered into an agreement with Security Printing & Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL) to provide e-commerce services that constitute e-tender and e-reverse auction. The agreement would allow the state run e-commerce provider to facilitate SPMCIL with access and use of the e-tendering portal through web-interface and also enable SPMCIL to host the e-tender and e-reverse auction events.
MSTC Ltd is an e-commerce company engaged in providing e-commerce related services. The company offers e-auction/e-sale, e-procurement services, and development of customized software solutions. Additionally, it offers an e-auction platform to government departments and government-controlled entities. It also offers a range of services from preparation of the auction catalog to the issuance of delivery orders and advertisements. The Government of India has 64.75 per cent share holding in the company.
On Friday, the stock closed at Rs 138.0, down by 1.42 per cent or Rs 2 per share. The 52-week high is recorded at Rs 184.10 and the 52-week low is recorded at Rs 70.40.
