Markets movers: These stocks surge as the market falls

After three consecutive green days, the market closed red today. S&P BSE Sensex closed at Rs 55,566.41, -0.64 per cent down for the day.
Info Edge Ltd’s stock closed 9.47 per cent up for the day. This rally in the stock was witnessed on account of excellent Q4 results. The company experienced 57.4 per cent YOY growth in its Q4 revenue, reported at Rs 473 crore. It recorded Q4 PAT at Rs 629 crore, which is more than doubled from its previous year's figure of Rs 309 crore. The growth in earnings was driven by growth in recruitment and Shikha segment of the business.
Shares of Computer Age Management Service Ltd climbed 9.34 per cent for the day to close at Rs 2326.4. The stock made a daily high and low at Rs 2356.85 and Rs 2136.9. There was no significant latest news for the stock, apart from the company reporting robust Q4 results last week.
Shares of APL Apollo Tubes Ltd rose for the third consecutive trading session, closing with an 8.05 per cent gain today at Rs 957.05. The stock was very volatile today, making a high and low at Rs 967.65 and Rs 877, respectively. The company had reported strong Q4 results last month.
Hindustan Oil Exploration Co Ltd shot up significantly today, closing with a 15.98 per cent gain at Rs 177.8. This rally was on the back of Q4 revenue and EBITDA growth for the company reported in Quarterly Results which were announced yesterday. Company’s net revenue for Q4 was recorded at Rs 42.21 crore, a 46.43 per cent YOY growth. The company’s EBITDA also grew by 78 per cent YOY basis. However, a net loss of Rs 27.21 crore was reported by the company.
