Manappuram Finance shines ahead of business meet
The board of directors of gold loan company-Manappuram Finance Limited, announced that they are planning to hold a meeting to consider business plan as well as borrowing programme.
Kerala-based Non-banking Financial Company (NBFC) informed on March 10, 2020 (Tuesday) that a meeting will be held at the company’s registered office on next Thursday that is on March 19, 2020, in which they would chalk out a business plan and decide borrowing programme for the financial year 2020-2021.
Incorporated in 1992, Manappuram Finance is one of India’s leading gold loan NBFCs. Initially, the firm was involved in pawn broking and money lending but gradually, the company grew at a rapid pace and today, it has around 4351 branches, including branches of its subsidiaries, across the country with Assets under Management (AUM) of Rs 194.38 billion.
At 1.15 pm on Wednesday, the stock of Manappuram Finance Ltd is trading at Rs 146.10, up by 2.67 per cent against its previous close of Rs 142.30. Its 52-week high is Rs 194.60 while, its 52-week low is Rs 107.25 on BSE.
