Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd signs license agreement in Goa
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a license agreement for a 44 rooms hotel at Baga, Goa, under its brand ‘Lemon Tree Hotel’. This will be its fifth hotel in Goa.
The Hotel is located at Baga, one of the most popular destinations of North Goa, and will feature 44 well-appointed rooms and suites, complemented by a multi-cuisine restaurant, named Citrus Café, a bar, meeting and conference spaces, a swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness center, a rejuvenating spa, and many more amenities. The hotel, owned by Aqua Resorts And Spa Pvt. Ltd, is expected to be flagged and re-launched in April 2020.
Carnation Hotel Private Limited, a subsidiary and the hotel management arm of the company will be operating and marketing this hotel.
Earlier, in November, the company had launched a 101 rooms hotel, named Red Fox hotel, in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. It is situated at the bank of Krishna river and is just 15 Kms away from the railway station. It is in close proximity to the ornate Kanaka Durga Temple, nestled on the Indrakeeladri Hill, the Undavalli Cavesm featuring ancient rock-cut temples and the Bhavani Island on the Krishna River.
On Thursday, the stock of Lemon Tree Hotels opened at Rs 60. In the early morning session, it jumped by 5.1 per cent to Rs 61.50 from its previous close of Rs 58.50.
