Lemon Tree Hotels announces its international debut in UAE
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited (LTH) announced its international debut of the company, with the launch of the first Lemon Tree Hotel in Dubai.
The hotel, owned by its partner Al Waleed Real Estate LLC, is said to be the first branded midscale hotel in the area. It features 114 rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant, a conference room, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.
Speaking on the occasion, Rattan Keswani, the deputy managing director of Lemon Tree Hotels, said that the company was delighted to enter the UAE market along with its partner, Al Waleed Real Estate, and the addition of the hotel opened up a new location for the brand, thereby increasing its appeal to existing and potential customers.
Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd. is a company operating a chain of upscale business and leisure hotels. The company designs, builds, owns, and operates its hotels in 46 destinations with approximately 7,900 rooms. It offers three brands across various levels, namely, Lemon Tree Premier, which is its upscale segment, Lemon Tree Hotels, which is its mid-scale segment, and Red Fox Hotels, which is its economy segment.
At 2 pm on Friday, the stock was trading at Rs 65.50, up by 3.91 per cent or Rs 2.35 per share. The 52-week high was recorded at Rs 90.90 and the 52-week low was recorded at Rs 48.00.
